Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Bay Area Corpus Christi Medical
Center is a 631- bed Health Care System including Bay Area, Doctors
Regional, The Heart Hospital, Northwest Regional, Bayview
Behavioral Hospital, Northshore Emergency Center, Northwest
Behavioral Health Center and Radiation Oncology at Corpus Christi

available. What you will do in this role:* The Registered Nurse is
responsible for professional nursing care and related assistance to
patients experiencing cardiac intervention upon admission to the
department.* The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process in
ensuring safe and competent quality patient care.* The Registered
Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory supports the
medical care of all patient requiring any cardiac or peripheral
intervention under the direction of the Medical Staff pursuant to
the mission and objectives of the hospital.* This individual
maintains a complete Intraoperative record and is responsible for
the patient during the pre-operative, intra-operative and immediate
post operative period.
