Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner! Details: Seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join the PICU team! Looking for a skilled individual, graduate from an accredited program, to provide assistance and care for children with a wide variety of complex acute, critical, and chronic illnesses in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This position will function independently under the supervision of an attending pediatric intensivist. Requirements:

• Master's Degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Required
• Graduate from an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program
• Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care Pediatric Certification required
• Must have current certificate of authority and certificate to prescribe
• Minimum 2-3 years of pediatric critical care experience
• BLS and PALS required About: This facility is a pediatric tertiary care center representing over 30 medical and surgical specialties offering care throughout South Texas. They are one of the only free-standing children's hospital in the state.
