Join this well established 9 person practice located in Corpus Christi. Texas. 7 on 7 off 12 hour shift schedule. Every other month do one week of evenings. Average census is 15 patients per shift. Work 16 shifts per months. Every additional shift over 16 shifts per month earn $1000/shift. Production bonus based upon collections of an additional $20,000 plus. This is an academic position teaching residents about 70% of the time. Great opportunity with lower average volume. Full benefits including Tail Malpractice Insurance, Health, Dental, etc including matching retirement plan of 3% of base salary into account. No procedures required. EMR system in place.

Base Salary of $200,000 for Hospitalist or $220,000 for Nocturnist.

Sign On Bonus & Relocation Allowance, CME allowance. Extremely stable group that has been at the hospital for a long time and has the exclusive Inpatient contract.

Calculated Production Bonus: With Base Salary of $200,000 and 20% of salary covering all benefits; anything over $240,000 in collections you get 88% in excess of that threshold. IE If you collect $280,000; less $240,000 or $40,000 * 88% equals appx $35,200.
