Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including
communication with borrowers and lenders/investors
Analyze property financials and report performance to
lenders/investors on a quarterly basis
Monitor loan-specific events and prepare weekly updates on
portfolio issues and discussions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least
1+ years in a Senior Associate role
Experience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset
management preferred
Proficiency with major property types and advanced CRE
principles
Ability to create complex financial models in Excel or similar
programs
