Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Application
Support to oversee application maintenance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing application support team
Manage the support and maintenance of business applications,
ensuring timely issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application
performance and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in application support or a
similar role
Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing
teams
Proficiency in using application support software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
