Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commissions Manager to oversee sales
compensation processes and collaborate with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage monthly/quarterly sales commissions and analyze
quota credit
Maintain and optimize sales compensation plans in collaboration
with HR and Finance
Act as the primary point of contact for commission-related
inquiries and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales compensation management,
preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proficiency in using commission processing software, such as
SPIFF
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google
Sheets
Experience in developing and implementing compensation
strategies
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with
remote teams
