Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engagement to lead
customer engagement strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute customer engagement strategies that enhance
satisfaction and retention
Analyze the customer journey to identify improvement opportunities
at each stage
Develop customer success initiatives and manage a team of
engagement experts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline;
Master's degree preferred
Extensive leadership experience in customer engagement or customer
success roles within the technology industry
In-depth knowledge of customer engagement strategies and journey
mapping
Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
through engagement strategies
Hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM)
systems and engagement platforms
