Associate Project Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager - Non-Interventional Studies (NIS) - Home-Based (US).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated project plans and schedules for R&D and Medical projects
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with project plans
Generate status reports and run monthly plan quality reports to support project tracking

Required Qualifications

Understanding of pharmaceutical business and drug development
Associate Degree in Basic Sciences, Clinical, Business Operations, Finance, or Computer Science
Experience with project management tools and data analysis
Ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple projects
Familiarity with Planisware, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Spotfire
