Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health & Welfare Account Manager to
develop and maintain client relationships in the health and welfare
benefits sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead relationships with assigned clients and manage service-level
agreements
Respond to client inquiries and manage general plan operations
Utilize tools to provide clients with data for employee engagement
strategies
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of client service or account management experience in
financial or benefits services
Ability to obtain Section 125 Cafeteria Plan certification within
one year of hire
Experience in managing reimbursement accounts (FSA, HRA, HSA) is
preferred
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Willingness to take on new clients, projects, and
responsibilities
