Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to enhance
the performance of its sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs,
including onboarding and training initiatives
Develop and deliver content for sales training, covering industry
knowledge and sales methodologies
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
and develop targeted enablement strategies
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS
environment, preferably vertical SaaS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
Deep expertise in sales methodologies, particularly
MEDDPICC/MEDDIC
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales
training programs
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp and
articulate complex product features
