You create revenue generation strategies and make sales. Planning, controlling, and managing the daily activities of our plumbers, you ensure that we achieve favorable profit margins and exceed customer expectations. You are also responsible for the hiring and training of our plumbers. And, they know that they can depend on you to provide troubleshooting support in the field.You also enjoy interacting with our customers as you evaluate and discuss their piping needs. Using your excellent communication skills, you present options for plumbing repair, service, or replacements. • Experience in all aspects of plumbing service
• Customer service and sales skills
• Leadership ability
• Strong reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar invoicing software is a plus!2 years of proven management or sales experience in plumbing is preferred, but not required.
