Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Director - Modern
Workplace, Communications and Legal/Compliance Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and enhance user experience for
corporate communications and compliance technology
Lead and mentor teams in designing solutions, developing software,
and implementing engineering standards
Manage technology vendor relationships and support the recruitment
and development of engineering talent
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work
experience
10+ years in Information Technology with 5+ years in a management
role
Experience with Microsoft O365 Platform and compliance software
Proven track record in driving engineering excellence and
implementing DevSecOps solutions
Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting and
developing high-performing teams
