.EssentialJob Functionsand#149; Provides transportation for
clients to and fromappointments as requested by caseworkers and/or
Unit Supervisor.and#149;Observes and/or supervises parent and child
visits. and#149; Completesappropriate forms and documentation
concerning client contact includingdata entry into IMPACT and other
agency systems.and#149; Maintainout-going paper and/or electronic
appointment calendar for schedulingrequests made by
caseworkers/supervisor. and#149; Performs other dutiesas assigned
and required to maintain unit operations includingperforming
various clerical duties such as typing, filing, faxing,copying,
answering/receiving telephone inquiries, etc.and#149; Promotesand
demonstrates appropriate respect for cultural diversity
amongcoworkers and all work-related contacts.and#149; Attends work
regularlyin accordance with agency leave policy.Registrations,
LicensureRequirements or CertificationsThis position requires use
of theapplicant\'s personal motor vehicle to complete job
functions.Applicants for positions must have a reliable motor
vehicle; anacceptable driving record for the past five years; a
current, validTexas driver\'s license appropriate for the vehicle
and passenger orcargo load that applies to the job; and proof of
insurance. Applicantsmust provide proof of driving record,
insurance, and license.KnowledgeSkills Abilitiesand#149; Knowledge

InformationHuman ServiceTechnicians may be required to work
together with DFPS caseworkers inproviding supervision of children
without placement (CWOP). Children canvary in age, but primarily
the population that will be worked with ischildren that can range
from 10 to 17 years of age. Responsibilities ofthe position include
assisting the DFPS caseworker with monitoringchildren and ensuring
needs are met during their office or communitylocation stay to
include: safety, food, hygiene, education
andentertainment/recreational activities. This could require
workingoutside of the normal work schedule. If so, overtime
compensation may beearned. Factors such as education and experience
