Salary: $25 - $36 per hour A bit about us: A well-established food manufacturing facility in Yoakum, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their maintenance team. This role is critical in supporting plant operations by ensuring all HVAC and refrigeration systems operate safely and efficiently. Why join us? Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) Opportunities for advancement and continued training Supportive team environment with long-term career stability Willing to help with relocation costs Job Details Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air handlers, chillers, freezers, and ventilation equipment Troubleshoot system issues and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to support overall facility performance Respond to service calls and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs Requirements: Ammonia 1, 2, or 3 operators certification highly encouraged 3 years of hands-on HVAC/R experience in an industrial or commercial setting (food manufacturing preferred) Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to work in a production environment and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols Interested in hearing more?
