Job Description:

Assist with water development: installation, maintenance, and monitoring Assist with hunting/ family/ guest relations Maintain an intensive supplemental feeding program for deer and exotic animals Develop and maintain food plots for deer and game birds Keep detailed computer records of game camera scouting Predator control of feral hogs and coyotes Clean up and beautification of ranch Application of herbicides to manage habitat, fencerows, and water traps Maintenance and upkeep of ranch equipment, vehicles, and facilities Heavy equipment operation and maintenance (tractors, skid steers, backhoe’s) Fence construction, repair, and maintenance Provide excellent customer service to family and guests Ability to keep a positive attitude and work nights & weekends when needed Wildlife Specialist must have the ability to work anytime from September – February, including weekends and Holidays. Assist with any and other ranch activities as assigned by ranch management Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.). Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing goals and related tasks
