Finance Manager for Payne Edinburg CDJR to oversee financial
activities and personnel. The Finance Manager will be responsible
for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, as well as
analyzing financial data to support business decisions.
Qualifications: - Preferred but not required bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration. - 3-5 years of
experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership
setting. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
standards. - Proficiency in financial management software and MS
Office. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong
leadership and communication abilities. Responsibilities: - Develop
financial strategies and plans to meet dealership objectives. -
Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. -
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. -
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial
transactions. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and
internal policies. - Supervise and train finance department staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business
goals. - Present financial reports and recommendations to senior
management.
