Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a premiere provider of pediatric and adult
home healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical
Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing the
nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered
to our patients at home. The RN Clinical Supervisor will be
critical in shaping the patient care strategies, training staff,
and adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. This is an

specialized environment. Manage and oversee the nursing staff in
daily activities and patient care. Ensure adherence to all federal,
state, and local regulations as well as professional standards.
Conduct staff training sessions to improve performance and
knowledge. Evaluate patient care documentation and plan updates as
necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
ensure effective patient care delivery. Implement quality assurance
programs to meet patient satisfaction goals. Provide regular
performance feedback and coaching to the nursing staff. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in healthcare management systems
and patient care software. Advanced knowledge of nursing procedures
and regulatory healthcare guidelines. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. CPR certified.
Previous supervisory leadership training preferred.
